For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Quantus Pictures, Inc. include www.accuskills.com and AccuSkills. The AccuSkills website is an online education site. By using the AccuSkills website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

AccuSkills is a data controller that records and manages your personal data for your AccuSkills account. Each institution, company, or school is the data controller for their own AccuSkills account, which requires processing your personal data for class and course enrollment and management.

This privacy policy only covers your data when AccuSkills is the data controller.  For more information about the privacy policies by each institution, company, or school, please contact that institution, company, or school directly.

 

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to provide you access to your account, AccuSkills will collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • E-Mail Address

You may either enter this information yourself when you register for an instructor or student account, or an instructor may enter your name and e-mail address to create a student account on behalf of that instructor's organization.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) sending us an email message; (d) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

AccuSkills is a teaching and learning platform and therefor records information pertaining to online teaching and learning, including:

  • Recording class attendance
  • Recording test answers and grades
  • Recording comments and posts in class discussion forums
  • Recording direct messages between instructor and students
  • Saving and delivering uploaded classroom materials to the clas instructor

AccuSkills may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from AccuSkills and its affiliates.

AccuSkills does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
