One of the biggest challenges of shooting on location is finding a balance between the outside sunlight streaming in through the windows and the technical and artistic lighting on the subject of the shot. In this lesson, Emmy-winning cinematographer Jason Tomaric set-ups up a sample scene of Justin working on his computer at the kitchen counter, backlit by a wall full of windows.
Jason guides you through his approach and methodology to create a professional, cinematic shot through the use of lighting and camera settings.
